Microfiber Products Manufacturing Technology

With composite processing technology of polyester nano-microfiber materials, we can produce various types of microfiber polishing pads, which adopts professional bonding technology, and withstand high-temperature and water wash to help achieve glossy finishing.

Wool Products Manufacturing Technology

ShineMate designed and manufactured various types of wool pads according to market needs, including high-nap wool pads, short-nap wool pads, and striped wool pads with specially textured surfaces.

Foam Products Manufacturing Technology

With CNC cutting equipment and high-precision sponge cutting and processing technology, ShineMate can design and process various shapes on sponge and produce various types of foam polishing pads. Among them, ShineMate created the first diamond pattern foam pad to reduce polish splash and provide a good heat dissipation performance.

Backing Plate Manufacturing Technology

Actively research and develop polyurethane (PU) injection molding process and formula, ShineMate’s self-developed Dust Devil multi-hole backing plate has an excellent balance performance, with innovative multi-hole dust suction cover, rapidly dissipating heat and removing sanding dust, suitable for smooth sanding and polishing work.
