At present, the repairable parts of ShineMate include the motor, switch, speed dial, power cord, casing, drive shaft*, eccentric block*, carbon brush, grease agent, etc. Carbon brush and grease agent are consumables and need to be replaced regularly.
*Drive shaft and eccentric block are for orbital polishers.

Maintenance service

1^st Grade maintenance

Involving no material consumption, such as machine detection.

2^nd Grade repair

Simple replacement of parts and accessories, such as switch, dial, motor, drive shaft, and eccentric block.

3^rd Grade repair

Maintenance involving digital electronic control parts, such as maintenance and replacement of the electric control board.

4^th Grade repair

Maintenance involving Li-ion tools, such as EB251, EB351, and EB350 series machines, or maintenance of lithium batteries and chargers.
